Hello everyone! Me and a friend are going to make a movie called Death's Toll. I have posted the murderers and their discription. Well most of them, there is one murderer called The Mad Murderer whom i could create sadly 
First is the Comedy Killer:
He humiliates his victims and luaghs at them in their own home before killing them. I posted the retro style and the new style.
Then there is the Sorrowful Slaughterer:
The agents working this case think the Sorrowful Slaughterer is a new person, but he isn't. ! year after the Comedy Killer's "death" this guy starts killing many people. He cries on the victims bodies after he kills them.
I'm going to make the agents who are on this case sometime but this is it for now.
