Burter is the tallest member out of all of frieza's elite mercenary platoon, the ginyu force.n He is the self-proclaimed "Azure Typhoon" (or "Blue Hurricane", in the nmanga and video games), and fancies himself the fastest being in the nuniverse next to Frieza.
[interesting bit of trivia, all the members of the ginyu force died {ginyu being turned into a frog} on "show date" December 24]
