This skin is special. It already has the shirt and jeans. If you download MCSkinEdit you can customize it to however you like. You can even change the colour of the jeans. You can make your own face and use whatever skin-tone you like. That is what makes this skin so special. You can make it your own! There is black in the areas that you can customize. Enjoy!

So, what you want to do is download that, go into your minecraft folder and make a new folder labeled "Minecraft Extras". In this, you can put all your skin making software and texture making software. Put the MCSkinEdit in that folder. Open up the .zip file and go into the folder you just created. Make a new folder called "My Skins" so when you finish a skin, put it straight into that folder. Trust me, I just had to delete my entire minecraft folder because I was unorganized.
