For those who have come across the side-scroller arcade/XBox 360 game Deathsmiles, you may recognize Casper.
Casper is the second and youngest of the Angels that are taken care of by Count Dior. This German child wields Death magic and is accompanied by her bat familiar, Kiki (not pictured). Her weapon of choice: the Eldritch Scissors, a massive pair of blades that also deal death (not pictured).
...yes, I realize I'm missing the bat clasp for her cloak. =.= It actually took a very long time to construct her as is. I may edit this later, but we'll see.
