clockman halloween contest

clockman was made from dead humans and various sizes of clocks he has two knives strapped around his legs and hidden clocks which either have sharp edges or can be used to strangle he has no face just wires covering it. the makers were scientist's who had taken numerous drugs and dug up some graves stole the corpses and got to work, clock man now wanders the streets killing the innocent
