This is a very nice IMPROVED creeper
I originally got this skin as a 64x creeper skin from Misa's textures. Then I resized it on Photoshop to fit human form in 32x. Finally, I resized it to 16x as you see it now. I fixed the eyes and mouth so that it looks natural.
