This is a completely custom and hand-made skin created by ConradHaupt in Skinedit (Thank You :D)
It is a zombie that is crying, it is inspired by the zombie from the painterly pack and @ulkreghz's twitter avatar. It is registered under the Creative Commons license, specifically http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/
