Cubic Nightmare

A creature from an old folktale that originated in early Minecraftia.

Before Herobrine, there was a glowing, one eyed creature that roamed the Nether with an eye made of glowstone. He occasionally escapes through a portal and visits us in our sleep.
Legend says he was formerly a young adventurer who came along with Dr. Netharius, the man who first discovered the Nether. He slipped on a piece of glowstone and got charred by a below pool of lava. It's said that a Zombie Pigman had lifted him out of the pool planning to have him for dinner, but he fought back with whatever skin he had left. After throwing the pigman into the lava, he tore his charred skin off to find his flesh had turned and extreme, radiant, white. He punched the glowstone he had tripped on and rubbed it on his almost non-existent eye as a reminder of what ended him and as a warning to others. Either that or he thought it looked pretty.

There is no real proof of this creature besides notes found in Netharius's journal... And several sightings and reports of strange, deep, mumbling sounds.
