Cursed Templar

I am making the templars; an order of gifted magic users composed of mostly selfish people, along with their atrocities. This is the "Cursed Templar", although the templars are mostly selfish they still do have rules, obviously for their own authoritarian pleasure, and disobeying those rules will get you a life-time of servitude, as a stupefied magic user, some have gotten out of control and started to revolt by attacking anything that looks vaguely like a member of The Templar Order. They wear robes, rather dull, that seals up their intelligence so that they pose no threat and have little access to their magic abilities. When this robe is removed they will immediately become confused and will actually retain every bit of their past intelligence, however no memories of their lives will return. They are mostly seen serving the Pentagon members.
