As you may have known, the character skin file for minecraft has been edited since v1.8 . Now, the bottom side of the head layer matches the top side. (the top of the bottom side connects to the back of the head, the bottom of the bottom side connects to the front of the head.) This goes for the bottom side of the hat, body, leg, and arm layers as well.
So that means when you download and wear this skin, the sides match up correctly.
Rocki Rockmonsta knows what you're lookin' for and he'll sell it to you, for a not-so-fair price. heheh...
