Made for Twidragons halloween contest!
She was once the daughter of a famous pirate captain, sailing the seven seas. One day while gazing out to sea, looking for mermaids, she leaned out too far and fell in the water, drowning. Being young and innocent and not yet accustomed to the ways of a pirate, she was let into heaven.
But being a pirate was in her blood, and she was banished from heaven for pushing an angel off a cloud.
She now roams the earth as a ghost, pushing people into rivers and seas, causing hundreds of drowning deaths each year.
