Enderman 1.8.1

I was bored so I made an enderman skin. It was done using only the mob skin as reference, I only directly copied the eye colors because they were being difficult. It's shaded, so it doesn't look so flat and I added a bit of noise so it looks more interesting. I personally think it looks just like a real enderman if Steve was deranged enough to skin one and put it on.
