This is an Enderman costume. The parts that were visible in the clearest screenshot I could find are identicle, the rest was filled in by me, I tried to make it fit.
I used SkinEdit for this, so credit to it's creators.
I put "Other" as the gender, because... well, it's just weird, isn't it?
