A request by insaneartist. An edit of an eariler skin by me.
The Spetznaz uniform is made up of the best armour the Mojave has to offer. Visored helmets -though cracked- protect against the dust and bullets that ravage the desert. Tough flack jackets protect against even the highest calibre round (If you're lucky) and of course, a bit of red thrown in to remind you what you're fighting for.
