This is a Ghillie Suit-Mud Soldier. I was inspired when I watched: Surviving the Cut-US Army Sniper Movie.
On a mac easily go to: Library>Application Support>minecraft>bin>minecraft.jar>mobs>replace. Before copying though make a backup of your minecraft folder!
