This is a Ghillie Suit-Stone Soldier. I was inspired when I watched: Surviving the Cut-US Army Sniper Movie. It works really well in dark areas such as not as bright mines and at night!
On a mac easily go to: Library>Application Support>minecraft>bin>minecraft.jar>mobs>replace. Before copying though make a backup of your minecraft folder!
