Gollum

Smeagol was a good man before he found the ring. But then ring corrupted him, drove him to addiction and insanity. He forgot his own name and called himself the only sound he has heard in centuries: Gollum. He fell in love with the ring. His sole purpose was to be with the ring, his precious...
Yet the ring was stolen from him. He spent countless years searching forn the thief and his precious. After a very long time, he finally found it, but the ring was already on it's way to it's destruction... He did everything that he could to stop the stupid people who seeked to cast it into the fiery depths of mount doom... but it was not enough... The ring was thrown into the lava and Gollum fell with it, yet he could hang onto a stone mere meters above the lava. Even though his skin was being scorched by the searing heat, he pulled himself up onto the ledge.
The hold that the ring had on him is now gone. Everyone thinks him dead. He is able to start a new life in a new world... in which he can not only destroy but also create. In the world of... Minecraft...

I spent a hell of a lot of time on this and would love to get some diamonds for the effort... :)
