Jacob Marsh is a reporter who fears nothing and always find a way to get the best scoops.
One day, while making an article about the great mafia of the Steam Empire, he was at the wrong place at the wrong time, got captured by some thugs he was following and got his hands cut off as a warning.
Now equipped with two mechanical arms and his good ol' single action rifle, Jacob is determined to put the entire organization behind bars. No matter the way.
