Mandalorian Neo-Crusader Armor, Field Marshals were the next highest ranked in Mandalorian Military Ranks next to Manda'lor. They were given a set of Golden Armor. In order of importance: Manda'lor, Field Marshal, Rallymasters, Trooper.
