A master templar, he looks rather happy perhaps a bit too happy. Do not belittle this templar for being blind-folded, he/she is more then a match for anyone. That being said, it seems he might be corrupted with the PURE form of magic, how ironic. Perhaps all that power from PURE magic has "gotten to his/her head"... well more like his/her entire body, but same thing.
