A Myrddraal from The Wheel of Time book series. A Myrddraal ,otherwise known as a Fade, Lurk, Half-man, Eyeless, and several other names, depending on the region, is being depicted here in the fashion that I imagine them.
(The mouth looks better when actually in-game. Here, it makes the Myrddraal look like some sort of fish-rabbit.)
