Here is an NCR Veteran Ranger from fallout new vegas which i am a huge fan of, it was probably one of the more difficult skins to make since the colours were hard to find. Enjoy :)
P.S, the head looks more lined up in game, its just that it is in the 3D option which shows jolted to the side.
