"Neku Sakubara" from "The World Ends With You".
Some information about the skin: very detailed(shaded skin, hands, his necklace/shoes), added his signature: the oversized collar, he has a headphone on layer 1 of his head and spiky hair on layer 2 creating depth, part of his headphones are inside his collar for more depth creation.
