Ok; heres the story
When someone stays in the nether for over a year, there body starts to transform into this cursed being. They merge within the ground and the demons (ghasts) around them. Turning the person into a phantom that can't leave the nether. It is guided by pain and attacks by throwing prisons of obsiddion at the player.
