This is a (in my opinion) better version of N00bALiZA's bandit. I only take credit for changing his head N00bALiZA did everything from the neck down and I take absolutely no credit for that. This looks like what he originally uploaded and i tried my best to replicate it. If this is exact I am sorry for uploading a skin that was taken down.
