Hey guys, here with another runescape skin. My goal is to make every single skill cape into a skin. If you check my page out, i've got at least 11 so far. Feel free to comment your opinion on whether its good or if it needs any improvement. Thanks!
A base skin (to get me started) was taken from Yogscast. I then highly edited it. So hats off to those guys.
