Steam punk chick

This is a skin I came across a while back when making my own steam punk skins. I loved it but it needed a lot of touch ups, I re did the bow, hair, added a mask ,gave it more authentic tones, fixed the goggles, and added some detail to the coat and pants along with texture. I feel it came out really nice. Hope you all enjoy! I know we shouldn't post others stuff but I think this would fall under the category of cover like a song, and the creator was anonymous so I'm going to say its safe I upload this. More to come from me!
