This isn't really based off anything! I just kinda went wild. Though the dress is based off of one Katy Perry wore in an interview with Seventeen magazine!
It's nothing special, and it's my first skin, so I hope you enjoy if you use it!
Also! I don't mind if you edit this. It took like 5 minutes, and I was eyeing another skin for the face, anyway. So, I don't really deserve any credit at all, haha.
