Talim from Soul Calibur 4

Aww man, I need to take a break from the skin creating. It's so calming, though! I love it! D:

Anyway, this is Talim from SC4, and the continuation of my Soul Calibur Girls skins. Her vest came out kind of strange, I know, I know. I love how her pigtails look though. Also, her hat is strange, but the design of the hat makes creating something better than what I did pretty much close to impossible. I hate all the restrictions on skin making... I wish I could make a more poofy hat on this.
