The Man-Slime was the first slime on his continent to grow limbs. He also grew male genitalia, and had to find clothing to cover himself, so he killed a knight and a bandit to get his clothes, but while doing so he lost his eye, so he had to craft an eyepatch.
Now he roams the land, eating people alive and being a cool slime.
