Tsar Nicholas second

For all those people who study history, you should be quite acquainted with this person.

For those who do not know, this is the Tsar Nicholas the Second. If you ever watched 'Anastasia', ( like me XD ) this is the 'King' then.

Basically, I came around to making this skin due to a boring Chemistry lesson. [ and before you ask, one of my chemistry periods is held in a history room ] Where I happened to gaze upon this man in a poster on the wall. And I thought to myself, 'Oh. What a smartly dressed man' That's about it. I did know who this guy was, the Tsar, and I thought he should have been made in pixel format in the body of a minecraft character.

I do requests, I spent about 3-4 hours getting this right and I appreciate comments and suggestions.
