Victor the Tinkerer

Victor is very good with mechanics. He even made a mechanical suit with steam-driven arm and leg assists to make him more precise in his tinkering. Unfortunately, the grease from the gears leaked onto his suit, ruining it. But Victor doesn't seem to mind, he just goes right on tinkering. He also has a mechanical eye and a metal breathing apparatus on his face because a couple years ago he was building something and something when wrong and super-heated steam burned his face and ruined his eyesight in one eye as well as causing him difficulty breathing.

He also carries something on his back. Noone knows what it is, but it looks complex, and he never leaves home without it.
