Realistic-ish to HL2 Zombie. (tip. You can make this the actual zombie skin. How:
1st-Rename the File: Zombie
2nd-hit Windows+R and type %appdata%
3rd-go to .minecraft and open bin
4th-Go To the minecraft .jar file and open the file MOB
5th-drag the file named Zombie to mob
Done
you can also do this to manually change your skin but instead of re-naming the file zombie name it char
