All right I came to request a skin..As the title says.. I'm going to be as descriptive as I can be right now. Or I'll just break it down into whatever 
Gender : Male
Hair : Somewhat shaggy dark blue hair (3D preferably not long, just messy medium length hair.)
Torso : A black tropical shirt with a small silver chain.
Arms : Short sleeves with an anchor tattoo on the forearms. (If not possible, or looks bad make the tattoo a C)
Legs : Dark grey shorts and wooden sandals
Face : Dark purple-ish/blue-ish eyes. A small diagonal scar under the left eye.
Skin : A very light brown.
