This tutorial is for everybody that is tired of requesting skins or can't find a specific skin. This is how I do it but there are many other ways to do it. This may not be the easiest way.
Step 1: Download Paint or any other drawing software. I use Paint, but I bet you could make a better skin with Photoshop or other drawing software.
Step 2: After that you'll need to download the skin template at minecraft.net. This is the file you will need to edit in your drawing software.
Step 3: Open Paint (or any other software like Paint. I will be using Paint as an example.) and open the file you just downloaded.
Step 4: Start painting the template. Save and name your skin now so that you can press the normal save button whenever you want to save quick.
Step 5: Once you're done, save and quit the program. Then go to minecraft.net and login. At the profile page, click Browse in the "Change Skin" section. Find your skin and select it. Then click upload and click yes if it asks if you're sure you want to change your skin.
Step 6: You have now created your skin! When you re-enter the game your skin will be changed.
