Pikon, unkown character from the other world. He participates in the other world tournament. In which him and Goku vs in the final. Unfortunately they are both disqualified however due to them both hitting the ceiling of the arena. Some get him mistaken with Piccolo, but this namkeian is something else. He is much stronger than Piccolo
