5 faces on one body.All of the faces are hostile mobs. I got the body from Stevie 1177 from skindex link:http://www.minecraftskins.com/skin/84578/tron-creeper/.Here is where I originally uploaded the skin link:http://www.minecraftskins.com/skin/86492/5-faced/. The front face is a creeper. It's right face is an Enderman. It's left face is a zombie. The back of it's head is a skeleton. The top part of it's head is a spider.
