This is a MineCraft skin of Angeal Hewley.
Angeal is a character from a popular PSP game called Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII. He was the mentor of Zack Fair, and the son of Gillian Hewley. He got the buster sword (a huge broadsword that Cloud uses in Final Fantasy VII) from his father, and gave it later to Zack. Just before Zack died he gave the buster sword to his best friend Cloud, and said that he'd be Cloud's living legacy.
