The Bionic Cyberpunk was once a person who was subjected to several harsh experiments testing and embedding him with the latest technology, eventually he was subjected to a Bionic suit which would "enhance human attributes" as soon as he became stable from an induced drug dose he burst out of the facility destroying all the test chambers and killing the very scientists that experimented on him.
