A Blue Octopus for the Under the Sea Skin Contest.It may not look like one much but you can see the tentacles on its head.The arms and legs are dark because I wanted to make them a kind-of tentacle.
More-of a Blue Cthulu which is why I made the title "Blue Octopus/Cthulu"
"The blue octopus was a regular squid.It soon turned into a mad blue octopus due to a weird potion that a scientist dropped and the potion spilled into the ocean...reaching the squid, turning it into what it is now."
