This is a brain from an evil scientist that was placed in the brain-chamber by his assistant after he died, and the robot came to life and it had the brain and memories of the evil scientist. when the scientist built the chamber he did not think to build eyes so he built an echo-location processing system so that he could still walk without runnin into things.
