An outcast from the Brotherhood of Steel, in full T45-D power armor, as seen in Fallout 3. While regarded as traitors by Elder Lyons and his followers, it is the Brotherhood Outcasts who have remained true to the Brotherhood of Steel's creed.
This is a modified version of my Brotherhood Palladin skin.
