Made Cactuar. :D
I put a headband on him because I couldn't get his needle-hairs to be evenly spaced, so I made the headband to compensate for it.
I loosely based him from an old favorite flash, CrazyBoris' "Final Fantasy Fugitive".
Kinda sucks, should've just used a cactus-skin, though.
Made it on Miners Need Cool Shoes.
