To be honest, that skin looks funny as hell.Yup, it's Captain Buggy. Figured might as well make another Captain since I made Captain Smoker for my 50 Sub Special. This skin wasn't too hard to make, except for the fact that I now have a burning hatred for all sashes everywhere. Stupid thing sucks! But, yeah!
Captain Buggy is one of the first enemy Pirate Captains that Monkey D. Luffy and his Straw Hat pirates first encounter, and his Buggy Balls proved quite powerful... until Luffy deflected two of them back at Buggy and his Crew. Not to mention Buggy ate the Chop Chop fruit so when somebody tries to cut him with a blade, he's like "LoLno".
