Here's a request I got a while ago which I've finally finished. The character is Cebolinha, a Brazilian comic character. I don't know much about him, so if you are familiar with the character leave a comment! To be honest, I'm not very happy with how it turned out, especially the face and hair (it's quite different than my normal skinning style), but the requester was happy with it and insisted I upload it to PMC, so here it is!
