Cement Shoes

My under the sea contest skin. I was going to do Cthulhu but that was too difficult and in my opinion this looks better.

Anyway a pair of cement shoes is when someone (usually in the mafia) encases someone they don't like's feet in cement and drop them to the bottom of the ocean. I don't know if the mafia ever did that but still it makes for a hilarious skin and I hope this goes far so please diamond; worked hard on this.
