CIO Armour that is included in a Halo 4 exclusive pre-order offer from a website I've already forgotten. In the original picture (shown below), the pattern is orange and white, however, in the full game, you can choose your own armor colors to change the armor and the pattern, so mine is blue and white.<img src="http://download.gamezone.com/uploads/image/data/1105084/H4_RetailSkins__0016_White_Armor_CIO.jpg">
