Cobra Commander, the evil mastermind whose seemingly unlimited funds, global presence, drug cartel and corporate fronts, and highly advanced laser technology are somehow thwarted time and again by a rag-tag group of poorly trained soliders from various ethnic backgrounds and very little care for protocol.
