Cole MacGrath, a simple bike courier who developed the ability to control electricity after a catastrophic work incident. He appears as the main character of the game InFamous, as well as several comic books.
This is the default costume for if the player executes good actions. If he player choses evil actions, then the Villan Cole MacGrath skin appears.
