Phil The Office Fish

Story: Phil wakes up every day at 5:00 to go to work at Under Water Packaging Co. He works as a business manager and carries around a clipboard and a cup of hot coffee that he bought from StarfishBucks.
As a young fish, Phil was often called "OCD," and "Crazy," as well "Jerry," (No one knows why). Phil put this aside and focused on his future in business managing.

I made this skin as a second contest skin due to the disqualification of my first. I hope it is received well and does NOT break any rules like the last. It was put together in an hour using Paint.NET. I worked on shading a little differently this time so take a look at my other skins and see how this one stacks up.
